All of the properties adhere to the Build Zone code of Conduct and have been built with energy efficiency in mind. Properties on Plot 1 – 9  will be an EPC category ‘A’ energy rating (approx).  Solar panels and air source vents have been installed in all the properties. Local tradespeople have been used wherever possible and all materials have been carefully sourced with a green and sustainable ethos at the very forefront of the renovation and build.

We’ve teamed up with Giorgi from Tigah Interiors who has an eye for style and the finer details.  With over 10 years hands on experience in the design and build industry, Tigah Interiors specialise in holiday homes on the Cornish coast, capturing the modern Cornish lifestyle through a minimalist design aesthetic with an emphasis on styling and finishing.
